Indrani took a black texta to our cream coloured suede ottoman. After some discussion with her about how textas are for paper only, I used Google to search for ways to remove the texta – the overwhelming answer seemed to be Eucalyptus Oil. Thankfully I had some in the cupboard and it worked a treat, there are no traces of texta anymore.
This tip is to have a bottle of Eucalyptus Oil in your cupboard. It’s seriously liquid gold. Evidently not only does it remove texta, it removes glue left behind by labels, is good to put on pimples and of course, great for colds.
