Sparking Apple and Berry Punch
Who doesn’t love punch during the festive season! This sparkling punch is great for the warm weather that is upon on us and is completely free of preservatives or added sugar. Feel free to replace the sparking mineral water for organic white wine or champagne to take it up a notch.

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups of mixed berries
750ml of freshly squeezed apple juice
500ml of sparkling mineral water
1/3 cup of lime juice
¾ cup of fresh mint leaves (thinly sliced)
1 apple (skin removed and sliced into thin pieces)
2 cups of crushed ice

Method:
The secret to this recipe is softly crushing the berries before adding them to the punch.

1. In a large bowl, gently crush the berries, until their juices are released.
2. Add berries to punch bowl, add remaining ingredients (except ice) and stir thoroughly.
3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow all the amazing flavours to come through, add crushed ice and serve.

Delicioso! The kids love the frush in this so it’s a great refreshing drink that’s a really nice change to water and like a special treat for Christmas too.
