When it’s chilly getting into bed, instead of reaching for the electric blanket, reach for a lavendar heat pack.

  1. Microwave it for 3-4 minutes (or per the label)
  2. Pop it under the covers before getting into bed to take the chill out of the sheets.
  3. Snuggle it all night & it stays warm.

The added bonus is the  lavender scent gives you a restful sleep too.
