There was so much excitement (ok and a little rush rush) in our house this morning. Indrani’s school was having a Father’s Day BBQ Breakfast, so Indrani & Israel had to be out of the house by 7.15am. For me, that meant a whole lot of peace and quiet from 7.15am (hehe…).
By 8am, I got a text from Israel saying Indrani had abandoned him for the playground and her friends. Alas, she still went to school with him and celebrated all the Dad’s with the rest of the school.
Anyway, with Father’s Day almost upon us, I asked Israel to share with you what it means to him to be a Dad. My favourite takeaway from this was hearing him say he’s a Big Fan of being a Dad. So here goes…
