ISIQ-0571

“Wherever you go, there you are.”

No attribution to this quote today, as it (according to google) was originally created by about 8,321 different people. It was sent to me by a reader, who reached out yesterday with an amazing email. I felt I had to share the quote with you straight away.

It’s an interesting quote – it’s an affirmation of sorts, but also a warning. Wherever you go, you take all of yourself, your skills, your expertise – but also your worries, your baggage, your insecurities.

I have actually been thinking about this idea for a while – especially as it relates to our around Australia trip. It’s kind of this idea of: “When I get over there, I’ll be relaxed/happy/successful/rich/whatever…” Like, when I get to our Australia trip, I’ll be “fixed” or “everything will be better”.

Hmmm. Not so much. When you get over there, you’re the same person as over here, just in a different geographic location. Some things about our lifestyle will be easier and different, but mostly it’ll just be me and my family in a different part of Australia.

Anything we want for our lives has to start here, now. We must look inward for peace, happiness, success, wealth, relaxation. We have everything we need inside ourselves right now, if only we’d look inward and love ourselves enough to call forth the qualities we need from our inner divinity.

Thanks to all of you for your amazing emails over the past week or two. It’s been so exciting and rewarding to hear from so many readers, and has re-invigorated and re-affirmed what I do with these daily IQs.

With much love and gratitude,
Israel. xo
