“Take your life in your own hands, and what happens? A terrible thing: no one to blame.” – Erica Jong

Wow, this is a powerful one.

I have long believed in the concept of Universal Responsibility – i.e. I am responsible for everything in my life. EVERYTHING.

It is also one of the best – and most challenging – reasons to be running my own business: My life is mine to direct, in every way.

But, yes, it also means that when things go downhill, I have only myself to blame.

It’s a bitter pill occasionally, but it teaches self-reliance, discipline, and self-awareness.

I highly recommend taking your life in your own hands.

With love,
Israel. xo
