“There is no scarcity of opportunity to make a living at what you love; there’s only scarcity of resolve to make it happen.” – Wayne Dyer

Scarcity of resolve.

I think that phrase sums up the disappointments of mankind since the beginning of days.

Of all the factors at play in our failure (perceived or otherwise) to fulfil on our promise as human beings, none is as significant as the stuff between our ears.

Our resolve. Or scarcity thereof.

So, the $64m question is this: What do you really want to do with your life?

If you know this, the only thing standing in your way is yourself. Not the economy, society, the government, or any other external factor. If you are resolved to make it happen, you will find a way.

If you don’t know what you really want to do, now would be a good time to start searching for that answer.

To quote the band Youth Group: You’ll never be further from your death than you are now.

With love, and a hint of urgency,
Israel. xo
