“Say No More Often.”

Politely, but firmly. Take back the time you need to nurture yourself, to do the projects that are most important to you, or to avoid doing the things you don’t want to do.

It’s OK, you’ll still have friends, and you’ll still be liked. You can simply say no, thankyou, and do it with love.

It takes practice, but it’s totally worth it.

With love,
Israel. xo

(PS. This was inspired by a chat with my wife. She’s awesome.)
