ISIQ-0170

Dear friends,

Today’s IQ pretty much says everything I want to say.

There have been a few situations over the past few days where I haven’t followed this advice myself, and I’m feeling it. I’ve been burning the candle at both ends, making bad food choices, and not exercising. As a result, I’m feeling flat, tired, and a little on the grumpy side. Less than ideal.

So, re-starting from today, I’m going to Love Myself like my life depends on it. What does that mean?

In his book, Kamal Ravikant suggests that we frame each choice in our life through this question: “If I really, truly loved myself, would I do this?”

Simple, but SOOO effective. That’s what I’m going to do. More sleep. Less garbage food. More exercise. Love and honour myself – my body is the only truly lasting home I have, so I better look after it!

What about you? Think about that question as you go through your day. If you really, truly loved yourself, what choices would you make?

With love,
Israel. xo
