“To keep the body in good health is a duty… otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.”  – Buddha

I can speak to this with direct, right now, first-hand experience. My brain is currently a bit of a mess, because – due to sheer exhaustion after working my butt off over the weekend – I collapsed with a head-cold on Monday evening. The last two mornings have been a huge struggle to get out of bed, and my brain has been fairly mushy since.

I am extremely fortunate to have an incredible wife who takes care of business (family/food/household) when I crash and burn. I am also extremely fortunate that I rarely crash like this. But when I do, it hits hard.

I need to get back to my own basics of GOOD SLEEP / GOOD FOOD / GOOD EXERCISE / PEACE / LOVE.

If you have no idea what the heck I’m talking about, check out my webinar recording from January this year. It covers all this, my journey into and out of depression, and my plans for keeping my mental and physical health in good shape.

Have a brilliant day – I hope the sun is shining wherever you are, and I hope your health is robust and strong.

With love,
Israel. xo
