Today’s IQ is for all of you who feel a little overwhelmed, and especially for my man Matt.
Here’s a little practice I discovered that helps me feel calmer, and more at ease, almost instantly.
Sit comfortably, with your eyes closed.
Breathe in through your nose, slowly and deeply, for the count of 6.
Hold the breath for a count of 6.
Breathe out through your nose, slowly and completely, for the count of 6.
Repeat for as little as 2 minutes, or as long as an hour.
You will feel instantly calmer, more relaxed, and less stressed or overwhelmed. That will make you better able to deal with challenges, and more balanced and happy in what you do.
It really works, doesn’t it?
