ISIQ-0166

Today was both wonderful, and hugely challenging. Not quite at the same time, but within the same hour or so.

It’s still pretty raw, so I’ll spare you the gory details this time around. Suffice to say that earlier today, a fabulous decision was made and a path secured. Then, within an hour, the path had changed totally and the previously celebrated decision was thrown into uncertainty, from which, a recovery has yet to be made.

So tonight, as I prepare this IQ to be sent to you all, I’m taking some small comfort in this quote:

“If there is no struggle, there is no progress.” Frederick Douglass.

I have faith that the struggle is worth it, because it represents some kind of progress. It has to.

With love,
Israel. xo
