ISIQ-0373

“You either have the reasons, or you have the results.”

Firstly, if you received yesterday’s IQ, I’d like to say an enormous thankyou to you for sharing, Tweeting, Facebooking, or otherwise encouraging your friends and family to join the extended Daily IQ Family. I am so grateful, I can barely express it. I had some of the most amazing comments from some of you today, it really touched me. Thankyou.

Secondly, if you’ve only just joined us, a super-warm welcome to you. I’m thrilled to have you here, and I hope these Daily IQs give you something to smile, think, ponder, laugh, or talk about, each and every morning.

I realised as I was going through things in preparation for yesterday’s massive IQ post, I was hanging on to a whole bunch of reasons why things were the way they were, and my self-pity-party reminded me of a poster I used to see in the gym I went to a few years back – which became today’s IQ.

You either have the reasons, or you have the results. Simple as that.

Tip: Your reasons will keep you safe, but results will bring new joy and energy into your life. Who wants safe, anyway?

Have a brilliant day, and go after those results!

With love,
Israel. xo

PS – In case you missed the emails / status updates, I gave a webinar on Friday last week about my journey through depression, and how I manage it – without drugs – on a day to day basis. I’ve uploaded a recording of the webinar, and I’d like to invite you to have a listen. It goes for about an hour, and iit’s free. It’s also freely distributable, because I dearly want to broaden the conversation about depression, and if I can, I’d like to help people back from the abyss. To have a watch/listen, follow this link.
