“Always do what you are afraid to do.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

This seems counter-intuitive, but the things we are most afraid of doing are usually the things we most need to do – to step outside our comfort zone, to confront some part of ourselves that is fearful and playing small, or simply to test our own strength.

Emerson (as usual) summed this up perfectly and with great thrift of words. I wish I could meet him and give him a hug.

With love,
