This episode is truly a conversation, rather than an interview. While I was asking Jon questions, I was doing just as much learning, integrating, and discussing with him to help my understanding. I apologise in advance for my poor audio quality – my microphone was misbehaving!
Jon and I cover a LOT of ground in this chat. We talk about his journey, starting at being 50 pounds overweight, and losing it all to be his fittest and healthiest self. His journey from being a fitness coach to becoming a lifestyle coach for men, and the work he now does to support men finding their purpose and sense of self love and appreciation, is truly inspiring.
Jon is a coach for men helping them prioritize their biggest assets – themselves. As he says: “After becoming a family man we often put ourselves on the backburner and we end up losing our identity and need to rediscover who we are.”
I learned so much from this chat with Jon, and I am sure you will also.
With love and gratitude,
