Here’s a fantastic dessert recipe from a RAW Food Cooking Class held at Oneness Cafe & Restaurant in Coogee.

Ingredients:
– 2 x avocados
– Drop of vanilla essence
– Pinch of salt
– 2 tblspns of Agave Syrup (this you can get from a health food store)
– 1/2 tspn of Chilli Powder (this is a very subtle chilli taste, add more to suit your own taste)
– 1/4 cup of coconut oil (organic & cold pressed is best)
– 1 cup of soaked raw cashews (soak them for at least 6 hours, then drain & rinse)
– 1/4 cup of water
– 1/2 cup of carob powder
– optional – handful of coconut flesh & / or 2 tspns of lemon juice
– to decorate – rasberries or strawberries or dessicated coconut

Method:
1. Blend until perfectly smooth
2. Taste – add extra Agave Syrup & or chilli powder to tast, then reblend
3. Serve straight away if you want it really soft and smooth, or refridgerate to make it firmer
4. Decorate
