Some of the best pieces of advice are often found from others who have similar experiences. Here is some advice a friend told me about how she managed her indigestion when pregnant. I tried it & it worked for me. I hope it works for you – pregnant or otherwise:)

  1. Peel half a cucumber
  2. Cut it into big chunks
  3. Rub 2 big chunks into salt
  4. Eat the chunks of cucumber
  5. Feel better!
