Kate purchased a Portrait Gift Certificate from a school fundraiser because she really wanted a beautiful family portrait which was casual. From experience, we know portraits of your family are always more natural when you go somewhere you spend time as a family and love. This way everyone is relaxed. So when we asked Kate the question of where they spend their time as a family, and she said Chowder Bay, this was the logical place for her family portrait shoot.

We love this portrait – it’s so typical of the ages of these children. The cool & laid back older boy, the “I love the camera” you get from young girls, and the I am too busy being 1.
