If you love a garden salad, try this one as an alternative. It’s also a great change to having steamed vegies on your plate. This recipe originated from a RAW Food Cooking Class I attended at Oneness Cafe & Restaurant in Coogee, then I added a few things for my own tastes. I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients:
Create a combination of the following based on how many people you are feeding
– Cabbage (white / normal)
– Red Cabbage
– Carrot
– Red Capsicum
– Coriander
– Dressing 1: 2 dessert spoons of Tahini mixed with 2 dessert spoons of Braggs (this is a healthy alternative to Soy Sauce) or use dressing 2 if you prefer
– Dressing 2: Mix lemon juice, ginger and Agave Syrup – mix quantities to taste

Method:
1. Toss the vegetable ingredients in a bowl
2. Add some salad dressing, and toss through salad just enough to coat vegetables

Serve as a side on a dinner plate or let family & friends serve themselves from the salad bowl.
