Our most important way of assessing how we are going is to ask our customers.
After a customer has been photographed and has collected their order, a Customer Feedback & Survey Form is sent to them.
The Feedback & Survey Form includes 8 questions ranging from How do you rate our Customer Service to How would you rate your overall experience with us. Customers are asked to give us a rating of 1 to 10 (with 10 being highest) for each question.
Data is collated every 6 months. Look out for our latest results in July.
